How can I place an order?
How can I order an outfit in my correct size?
Please see our size chart as a guide to order the right fit. If your measurements do not fit into any of the standard sizes on our chart, choose the custom size option in the size selection drop-down, then input your basic measurements (bust / under bust / shoulder to waist / waist / hip / height) in the additional information box at checkout. Please also add the custom sizing surcharge to your cart before check out.

Do you take custom design orders?
Yes, we accept custom orders for some corporate wear outfits, as well as most evening and occasion wear. We charge a fixed surcharge to the garment retail price for custom ready to wear outfits. We also offer a private at-home service via LUXTLEY PRIVÉ and CONCIERGE.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to dispatch ready to wear corporate pieces within 7-10 business days, or earlier. Haute couture outfits will be dispatched within 21-30 business days (6-8 weeks).
Shipping time by DHL will depend on your location. Delivery of domestic orders within Lagos, Nigeria usually takes 1-2 business days, 2-3 working days for inter-state in Nigeria and 3-5 business days for international deliveries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details where you will be able to track your LUXTLEY order throughout it’s journey.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping charges apply and will be added to your bill and clearly stated on your invoice. We may offer free domestic shipping within Nigeria from time to time.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL for all deliveries.
Can I return my product?
We aim to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products always but if you do need to return an item, please see our refund and returns policy for guidance. We’ll be more than happy to walk you through the process should you experience any difficulty and clarify any further questions you may have.
Do you have a physical store?
Primarily, we offer our luxury apparel via e-commerce online sales.
We also offer a personalised service via LUXTLEY PRIVÉ and CONCIERGE which includes virtual and/or physical consultations in the comfort of your home (or chosen private location).
On occasion, we host physical pop-up stores, and it will be our utmost pleasure welcoming you to these.
